By using Aloravia you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

These terms may change. The date at the top says when they last changed, and continuing to use the platform after a change means you accept it.

Aloravia brings together immigration information — countries, visa types, deadlines and requirements — and a directory of businesses and places maintained by the community.

We are not lawyers or immigration consultants. Nothing on this platform is legal advice. Immigration rules change, vary case by case, and are decided by each country's authorities — always confirm with the official source before making a decision.

The plan the quiz produces is guidance, not a guarantee of an outcome. We have no influence whatsoever over a consulate's decision.

You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for what happens on your account.

You must be at least sixteen to create an account.

We may suspend an account that breaks these terms. A suspended account cannot sign in and cannot publish.

You keep ownership of what you write and the photos you upload. By publishing, you give us permission to display that content on the platform.

You are responsible for what you publish. Do not publish content that is not yours, that is false about a business, that identifies someone without their consent, or that is illegal, offensive or misleading.

Photos in comments wait for approval from the owner of the page they appear on. Text comments publish immediately, and the page owner can hide them afterwards, with a reason that is communicated to you.

We may remove content that breaks these terms, and a business page goes through automated triage and human approval before it goes public.

By registering a business, you declare that you are authorised to represent it and that the information is true.

A business page is public content. Address, contacts and opening hours are visible to anyone.

A page owner moderates the comments that appear on it — they can release a waiting photo, hide a published comment, and reply. They cannot alter what someone else wrote.

We do our best to keep the platform up, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. We may change or discontinue features.

The platform is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from decisions made on the basis of the information presented here, nor for content published by third parties.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that the law does not allow to be excluded.

These terms are governed by Portuguese law, without prejudice to the rights your country of residence guarantees you as a consumer.
